Vegan Panckakes in 10 minutes!

Happy Pancake Day! Well, officially was two days ago but that doesn't stop me! Celebrated the day and decided to write a blog post two days later. Pancakes are that type of food that everybody loves and enjoys eating but there are so many recipes that can take a lot of effort and time to make that sometimes we just give up because we don't have the time to spend baking. So today I bring you a cool recipe that I discovered online that only takes 10 minutes! And for those who are vegan, the recipe IS VEGAN!

        -1 cup of flour
-1 cup of vegetal milk
-2 teaspoons of baking powder
-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar
 (you can choose how sweet you want the pancakes)

Start by sifting the flour into a bowl with the baking powder and sugar and mix everything together. Then slowly add the milk while mixing and the finally add the oil.
Using a ladle, spoon the mixture into a non-stick frying pan on a medium to low heat. I don't use butter or oil, I just make sure my pan is pancake friendly so it won't stick. 
After a couple of minutes when little bubbles start to pop in the surface of the pancake, it's about time to flip! I like using a plastic spatula. 
The pancakes should be an even golden colour. 
I like to place them in a stack on a plate before serving. 
Then enjoy! And be creative with your decorations and toppings! My favourites are strawberries with a little bit of  Nutella and whip cream
