Hello Edinbrugh!

Hi!

Last week I went on a small trip to Edinburgh in Scotland and I loved it! I went on a school trip so I didn't have time to explore cute cafés and the streets, but I had a lot of fun none the less! The trip was only for four days.

The first day was spent in travel so I don't have a lot to say but, I got to see a little bit of the streets at night and they're super cute! I got to see the gorgeous Edinburgh Castle, some of the most famous streets.

The second day was spent also on travel but, this time, to the Highlands to see the Loch Ness!
We stopped along the way in a few places like Pitlochry, a super cute little village. I have never seen a cuter village than this!
We stopped for coffee at Mackenzie's Coffee House and I bought a homemade lemon muffin that was super delicious!
The landscapes all the way up to Loch Ness are gorgeous! The lakes, or Lochs as you would say it in Scottish, are very pretty!
I didn't see Nessie but had a of fun learning more about the stories of these Lochs and about Scotland

The third day was a museum and a shopping day! I went to the Queen's Gallery, where I learnt a lot about the royals and I loved it.

I've seen some youtubers going to Edinbrouh and saying that they found this place where it's said to be the place where J.K Rowling wrote the first book, and I knew that was one of the places that I needed to discover.
And, as we were walking the streets, I found the café! It's named the elephant house and you can see that it says it's the "birthplace of Harry Potter". I also know that behind the café, is the graveyard where there's a grave with the name Tom Riddle, but I didn't go.
Another thing  I knew that I needed to see before leaving the city was this street named Victoria's Street. We met a really nice Scottish girl who said that this street was known as "Diagon Alley". Don't know if true but the street is gorgeous!

I loved visiting Edinbrough and can't wait for an opportunity to go back!
The people were very nice, the streets and the buildings were gorgeous. I wish I had time to visit some coffee shops to experience the food and drinks but, as a school trip, I didn't have the time for that.

Have you ever visited?
Did you like it?

Hope you enjoyed this post!
