My Go to Healthy Snack that I eat EVERYDAY! | Vegan

 

Hi!
Today I'm going to share with you this very easy healthy recipe for your snack. I do this every day and I don't get bored of it!
I'm always super excited for snack time so I can eat this delicious meal.

INGREDIENTS
(FOR MY PORTION, FEEL FREE TO ADAPT TO YOUR NEEDS)

  • 200g unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 4g of spirulina
  • 4 g chia seeds
  • 4 g flax seeds
  • 10g of natural peanut buter
  • Fruits of choice ( I love using frozen strawberries and blueberries ). 


INSTRUCTIONS

    • Start by adding all the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
    • Add the yoghurt and mix until everything is well incorporated.
    • Add the fruit of your choice
    • Add the toppings.
    • Enjoy!!
